Bookmarks: does not allow relabeling bookmarks folders/subfolders

I used prior versions of Bookmarks prolifically.  However, in this version I can bookmark but cannot set up subfolders and label them.   It will set up a subfolder and label it "New Folder" but you cannot rename the folders.  The result is this feature only stores a bookmark, but no subfolders under that bookmark that can be labeled.  Makes it all pretty useless.   Does this need some code rework? or is there something I can do here to fix this.
