autoplay settings save on either base or private windows.

I keep deleting the exemptions for autoplay but it does not save. additionally settings are not "taking when you try to set the exemptions to block audio and video autoplay. I just don't want anything autoplaying. ever. and would like to not have to turn it back on every time i open a new set of windows. or delete my website cache. just be a setting that does.

so what you are saying is that the ui that's built in doesn't work by design? Requiring you have to use about config toggles?
