Press Ctrl +Shift+ Enter to send your email later.
That is what Google do, delay sending your email for a minute and allow you to ostensibly recall it in that time (it never went anywhere to be recalled) but it looks good on a button.
I believe Recall is an Microsoft Exchange only feature and it works only when it is enabled on the server and as long as the recipient hasn't opened the message. POP3 and IMAP don't support this.
