Schafft die Kombination Alt+Umschalt Ich schalte durch diese Kombination oft vom deutschen Tastaturlayout auf das englische um. Und das immer nur versehentlich. Das nervt. Warum akzeptiert Firefox nicht einfach die Systemeinstellung???

Delete ALT+SHIFT I often use this combination to switch from the German keyboard layout to the English one. And always accidentally. It's frustrating. Why doesn't Firefox just accept the system settings???

What does your Firefox do when you press Alt+Shift?

Also, is this on Windows, Mac, or Linux? (I don't notice anything happening on Windows 10, U.S. English Firefox.)

If I press Alt+Shift, the keyboard switches - only in Firefox - to the English layout (qwerty). This is sometimes annoying, but mostly very annoying because there are always errors. At least I know that it is because of this key combination. Nothing changes under all other programs (Windows, Office, Opera, InDesign, Capella ....). The problem has existed for many generations of Firefox. I installed Windows7.

Wenn ich Alt+Umschalt druecke, wechselt die Tastatur - ausschließlich im Firefox - zum englischen Layout (qwerty). Dies ist manchmal laestig, meistens aber sehr ärgerlich, weil es staendig Fehler gibt. Immerhin weiß ich, dass es an dieser Tastenkombination liegt. Unter allen anderen Programmen (Windows, Office, Opera, InDesign, Capella ....) aendert sich nichts. Das Problem gibt es seit vielen Firefox-Generationen. Ich habe Windows7 installiert.
