Allow edits of bookmark folder names/deleting folders in the main dropdown & add bookmark window!

I am so sick of having to always click multiple times to go into the Bookmarks administration area everytime I eff up and create a bookmark folder in the wrong subfolder or if I accidentally type my desired folder name wrong as I add a bookmark from a webpage.

Please adjust the functions so that I can edit bookmark folders from the Add Bookmark window that pops up when you add a bookmark on a webpage. Please also allow it in the bookmark menus directly accessible from a webpage, not buried deep in the submenu of a submenu of a submenu...driving me crazy!
