Allow Add-ons for "Firefox for android" to have access to Bookmarks, History and Tabs api

There are many additions on the AMO website that improve the work with bookmarks, history and tabs.
Some of them are: "Tab Manager Plus for Firefox", "Selective Bookmarks Export Tool" and so on.
However, due to a lack of permission support, such add-ons cannot work on Firefox for Android (Firefox Mobile).
It would be great if the necessary APIs were implemented in Firefox for Android.
