AI: Ollama integration

To have a setting in the Firefox browser on desktop and mobile to use Ollama and to choose the Ollama API URL and port number to connect to an Ollama server.

Ollama is becoming the FOSS AI manager tool. There are several clients that have already integrated Ollama into their apps.

By having Ollama integration, users can choose from hundreds of LLMs and have them running on their desktop or a self hosted server at home and keep the AI data private and offline.

This will also keep the AI features in Firefox from being limited to a specific LLM.

If you have Open WebUI (or SillyTavern or something) running, you can just put the URL into browser.ml.chat.provider in about:config.

The sidebar just loads and displays a webpage (ChatGPT or whatever) anyway.
