Adding a signature affter having written the mail

 I would like to decide whether to add my signature not BEFORE I write the mail but very often when I have already finished it. Outlook offers this feature with the Signture button moreover I can then decide which signature I want to attach see attached screenshot.

Would that be possible to integrate?

Second issue: the signature is always attached at the bottom of the mail even when lots of answers are in a certain email exchange. Also in this respect I would like ta add the signature at the bottom of the latest mail text not at the very bottom of the whole e-mail exchange.
