Add toggles for few options in the settings

Firefox has a high level of customization, and there are some options that other browsers cannot do, or do not do well.

These options have been in Firefox for a long time and can be configured through about:config, but I think most users have difficulty accessing them or don't even know that these options exist.

I hope they can be added to the 'Settings' UI:

browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInTabs - Open bookmarks in new tabs

browser.urlbar.openintab - Open URL in new tab

browser.search.openintab - Open search in new tab

browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab - Don't close window when closing the last tab

browser.tabs.closeTabByDblclick - Close tab after double-click
