Add sticky notes to Default Firefox Home Page

No third party extension from the Mozilla Add-On Store allows you to add your own sticky notes directly onto the Default Firefox Home Page. It seems to be because of security reasons. A built-in, native sticky notes customization tool for Firefox will enable sticky notes to be created and pinned by the end user on the Default Firefox Home Page.
