Add a memory usage indication to each tab like Chrome/Edge does when you hover over the tab. It would also be nice if a small picture of the website appeared. Indicating if the tab is asleep or not would be cool, too. That's my 2 cents. Thank you for reading.

Similar idea here: More tab detail (eg preview/URL) when hovering over a tab - which is currently in development 😃

As much as my associate team hates Chrome, Edge, and Safari, please provide the option. Did we not have this option back on Firefox 3.6.9?

I agree with the memory usage...

I have to disagree with the site image though.. following a restart it forces a reload of the page on hover.  That causes memory usage and on many sites that redirect to the home page on login - it forces login and loss of the page.  I find this a major nuisance on chrome..

I like the idea but I'd prefer to see a bar on each tab - e.g. to the left of the icon.  I don't want to have to hover over each of lots of tabs to search for the one which is using lots of resources.
Even better if there was a 2nd bar for cumulative CPU.

… for an overview of tab memory usage, open the task manager from the "more tools" menu, by pressing CTRL+ESC or going to about:processes. You can then click on memory in the header bar to sort by mem usage.
