A setting to allow all addons to run in private windows by default

Every time I install an addon, it asks me about allowing it to run in a private window (I don't think I've ever NOT ticked the box)

While I'm sure there are niche use cases for this prompt, I've never needed to restrict addons to non-private windows only.

Doing some research it looks like there used to be an about:config setting for this. Can we bring it back please?

I rarely install new addons so I don't mind having to tick the checkbox everytime. I think I've installed max 2 addons per year.
