A.I. Factrchecker and Task Compleater

Can you build an online A.I. fact-checker that works in real time like a spell checker? 

Can you also add a task completing A.I. where you can do a plompt such as "canceal my X account and start a Bluesky account," and the A.I. will complete the online task for you?
