Problems with 115.4.1 - downgrade possible?

After updating to T'bird 115.4.1 from 115.3.2 I am having multiple problems.

Is it possible to downgrade/regress/rollback to 115.3.2 without having to jump through hoops? The plan would be to uninstall the current version of T'bird then install 115.3.2 from the file obtained from the archive.

I am having problems also: instead of locating my starting point at the most recent email in the inbox or folder T'Bird puts me in some random place in the list, possibly weeks or months from whatever today is. And this is every time I get new mail or open a folder. This is not a trivial problem in terms of annoyance...
