For years now that we have used mp4 files displayed in canvas by a-frame and everything looks good.Yet, recently, all mp4 videos displayed in A-Frame/WebVR mode are flickering and froze. Happening just in Firefox.

On the lat update of FF this issue seems solved... All videos are displaying correctly as expected.
