Starting release of Firefox 127.0 the “browser.privateWindowSeparation.enabled” preference stopped working (I believe it was removed in the commit here: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/rMOZILLACENTRAL8adde2b08299cbe12d25785fcb0efdabb0057766)...

They most likely mean the “Restore defaults and reload” button.This button can be found in Chrome by opening the developer tools (Ctrl + Shift + I), clicking on the cog icon to go to the settings (or just pressing F1) and scrolling down to the bottom...
