It is now nine months since I started this "thread", no pun intended. Does anyone care that we need a way to opt out of threading view default. Thunderbird is less and less user friendly these days.
Concur. Pdfs that I view are showing up in my default download location though I have "always ask" chosen. Driving me nuts. I don't want to deal with Chrome, but I will if FF can't undo this new feature.
Threading is now the default. It is driving me crazy because I have to "unthread" each folder individually. Please give us a way to unthread all folders. Many requests for this on internet.
