Use tabs in settings

It would be better for both sighted & blind users if tabs were used

rather than a list box for settings. As this allows the user to see all

tabs at a glance. It's harder to navigate to a listbox , particularly

if only the keyboard is being used, as the user has to tab back to find

the list box, and then click once to open it , find the desired item,

and select it. Compare this to just clicking on the desired tab with

the mouse or just control tab with the keyboard.
