Unnecessary clutter in bookmark manager

Hi,

I'd like to suggest a simple change that would greatly improve the functionality of the bookmark manager: Get rid of the completely unnecessary help labels for the Tags and Keyword text boxes as in the below image.

These suggestions belong in the help file, not taking up valuable bookmark row space. A way to hide Tags and Keyword text boxes completely would also be useful: I mean seriously, how many people actually use these anyway?
