The most sought after feature in Firefox for Android is the translation feature. Mozilla can meet this request by adding the following translation plugin to the default plugins.
Tested on Firefox Nightly for Android and works fine. It can make instant translations without opening a new page.
@Mte90 very cool, thanks for highlighting that. Do you know the proposed implementation; will it translate the whole page like one can in Chrome with Google Translate? That’s the holy grail.

Suggestion: Port the Firefox Translate extension to Android or integrate it natively into the Android version of Firefox.
Reasoning: The Firefox Translate extension, while in beta, is fast and works well and since it is all local, it is more private than the Google Translate and Microsoft Translate features that Google Chrome and Edge use.
