Mozilla store addon API search and filter for upload and version list endpoints

Hello,

As a Mozilla add-on developer in charge of the deployment for my enterprise, I'm using the V5 add-on API to publish the add-on and automate through the CI.

Although this API covers most of my needs and use-cases, there is one feature that I miss which is to be able to sort, search and filter on the upload list endpoint and the version list endpoint.

This would be helpful in many cases including:
- finding the latest upload made
- finding a specific version

Indeed, currently, if I need to find a specific version or my latest upload, I need to fetch all versions and uploads and filter on the result client-side. This could result in overusing Mozilla's API and is also tedious a a user of the API.

I believe that this is a small change that could really improve this API and make its adoption easier and faster.
