Keyboard shortcut to insert name for inline comments

I often comment in the body of a sender's email as part of my reply - it would be great to have a shortcut to insert my name in places where I comment, to make it clear in my reply where I am commenting. I believe Outlook has a feature like this which makes commenting on someone's email, easy. Example:

This is the original text [My Name] Here is my reply

The shortcut would insert [My Name] as defined from the "Your Name" variable in the Account Settings of an account. And perhaps colourise the text as well.
