when synchronizing your bookmarks over more than one computer, the favicons are not copied with the link itself.

result: a very unpleasant look in your bookmark menu after new bookmarks came in.

with favicons the navigation is much easier

so... let the favicons be copied together with the links!

definitively a must have!

optional things to add:
- remove install-leftover bookmarks ("import bookmarks" & "first steps")
- sync search engine
- sync, if "Firefox View" is used and remove if necessary

recently i used a plugin to sync the favicons -> took 7m39s for 478 bookmarks
("checkmarks" by Paul Neulinger, last update 2020)
not an optimal solution (opens all bookmarks to load the favicons), but it is working! (i removed the addon afterwards)

This is a must have function, the favicons should be synced together with the bookmarks links like chrome browser already does for years.

Synchronizing favicons is a good thing. Chromium-based browsers have supported favicon synchronization for a long time. This is a fairly simple thing, but its presence affects the overall impression of the synchronization as a whole. The fact that Firefox still cannot synchronize favicons gives the impression that synchronization in Firefox is not fully developed, or was written before 1999, when favicons did not yet exist.
