Drag and drop new tab icon to create new window

Currently to create a new window from a new tab you have to first single click to open a new tab and then drag and drop that tab out of the tab bar. It would add a bit of convenience to just be able to click and drag the new tab icon, creating a new window wherever you release the mouse. This would be especially useful when opening a new window on another display, because any other methods, including Ctrl+N, require you to use another input to drag this window to the new display.
