ctrl + mouse 4/5 should open a new tab

ctrl + clicking the back button shows this behavior, where it duplicates the tab one step in the history. My request is to extend this behavior to mouse 4/5 for consistency and convenience.

My intuition keeps telling me to ctrl + mouse 4/5 to replicate this behavior when I want to do this, as I've associated these two things to be the same thing. Sometimes I even try to do so and fail. It would be very nice if this behavior were to be made consistent and more convenient too.
