bookmarks toolbar faster scrolling with page up/down

Thank you so much for fixing the way the bkmrk toolbar functions - several versions back  when looking through a hundred toolbar bkmrks it would stay at the point you left it and not reset to the top. THANK YOU!! Now when Im far down the list I can easily find the link I MEANT to click (if I hit the one above or below intended) 🙂

As a further improvement, I would like to see the bkmrk toolbar naviagble by using 'page down'/'page up' keys  since I have over 300 bkmrks there. ..and also incorporating the keybds 'home' and 'end' keys too.  - Thanks again, I love Firefox (w/U-block and Privacy Badger)!!
