Background image in Firefox Mobile

As for now the themes for homepage is kind of boring.

1: Add clear colors

2: Option to to add your own background.

No add-on, no fiddling around. Just choose..

When will we have the option to customize the Firefox mobile home page wallpaper?

It's been two years since we only had the same wallpaper options in the mobile version of Firefox. Competitors already have the ability to customize their home page with wallpapers and so far no update has brought this possibility! Are the developers already working on this feature?

Please provide more wallpaper options in the android app. PC app has more wallpapers but android app doesn't. I would really appreciate it.

Picking a custom background image would help get rid of the Nasty transition from Android home screen to Firefox with the widget search bar.

I'd also like to be able to save and sync my *collections with my Mozilla account or exporting them would be ok.

Even MS Edge has option to use own picture as wallpaper. And developer team seem like they don't care about this feature anymore
