Hello Mozilla!

Just read that you started to collect user data for advertising and that the default after version 128 is to set it on. Without warning.

I enjoyed your product in the past because you were working in the interest of your users, with few exceptions: Setting the search default to Google for example (I opened a ticket about that in the past).

What you have done now (and this is not an accident) shows that you are not behaving differently than the big companies. A reason not to support you anymore and for looking for alternatives.

A good browser corrupted.

100% agreed. Lots of thoughts and could rant on how disgusting this is all day. Like every product Firefox is selling out to massive advertising companies.

I can no longer recommend Firefox to anybody, because you might wake up tomorrow and they have automatically opted you in to sharing every piece of data on your computer with Facebook (who, according to Mozilla's own CTO, they proudly worked with on this new advertising stunt).
