In the latest version of thunderbird, 115.4.3 (32-bit), the incoming mail alert notification now steals application focus. For example, if one is playing a game in exclusive fullscreen, it now kicks the game back to the taskbar (minimizes it) to show the desktop notification. This never used to be the case, nor should it be the case. The notification MUST NOT change application focus. It should be sufficient for it to be displayed topmost without focus.
