Hi, if the Mozilla Crash Reporter dialog didn't appear, the system might have terminated Firefox itself. In that case, there may be a log of the problem in, for example, the Windows Event Viewer, Application event log.
If Firefox froze up to the point that you had to terminate it yourself, unfortunately, there's no way to capture crash details in that case.
If Firefox exited cleanly due to a command it received, then that wouldn't be regarded as a crash, either, but that is uncommon (especially if you have multiple tabs and multiple windows open).
