I've used Firefox for many years; I always use it except when I need the 'Live Chat' function on a web site; Unfortunately, 'Live Chat' doesn't work in Firefox. I wonder, is there an easy way to fix that?

In fact I was thinking that for this you may need an extension. Then what's that doesn't work exactly? Doesn't work is quite generic.

Have you already tried turning off the Enhanced Tracking Protection feature on the site in case that is blocking the live chat scripts? Use the shield icon at the left end of the address bar (near the lock). More info:

Of course, I'm sure that many add-ons also restrict it since it can be annoying to get those popups when you are trying to read things.

Thanks for the suggestion though, sad to say, it hasn't made any difference.

Even turning off all 'anti-tracking' features as well as Enhanced Tracking Protection (on a trusted site!) didn't help.

How I dislike having to resort to Microsoft Edge!

I have my primary email for my Firefox, and the password is correct. It is requesting 2F2, but I do not have access to it because I have recently factory reset my phone. Nonetheless, I have my recovery key, but I do not know how to use it to recover my Firefox account. Thanks.

Thanks Jscher 200,

We do not need to reset password as it is correct. The only challenge is that the Microsoft Authentication phone was recently wipe, and we cannot recall the or retrieve the 6 digit code to verify ourselves. Thanks.
