I've used Firfefox and Thunderbird basically since they first came out, both are still my apps of choice. BUT, i'm really fed up with all the Nannyware decisions being forced on me now. Ok, fine, make some things default, but it's becoming impossible to bypass some of this garbage. To the point, remember those old jnlp apps? Virtually impossible to have them work now, and FF won't even let me add an exception or add a mime mapping for them. This is just garbage. I'm now rethinking using FF at all. Even Chrome deals with it better. Fine, want to go nanny, at least let me say, "I don't wear diapers,. let me do what I want to do".
