I like the Dark Space theme. However, it forces me to have a yellow title bar and page borders and there is zero way to change from that yellow unless I change the theme (I really don't like yellow as it's useless because of its distraction). Everything that the HELP files point to have on/off switches that are set to off and will not revert to ON. Windows MUST make all decisions under the control of the user and not some random computer program that forces the programmer's change instead. I either want a black border and title bar or just remove the border and allow changes to the title bar color.
