Since updating from previous version, getting continual prompts (at random intervals) for the Master Password despite successfully entering it at startup with saved credentials unlocked, so unsure why it continually reprompts for the password.

I'm experiencing the same issue. It started happening after the update to 132.0 64-bit on Win 11. Running 132.01 now and the issue persists. (Android updated to 132.0 about a week earlier but no such issues occurred).
In my case the prompt to enter the master password appears some time after deleting the browser data of a specific website via the padlock button in the address bar. This happens on websites with a login some time after logging out and deleting the site data. Not sure about other websites, but the odd non-login website, which identifies me through a hash in the URL, seems to be affected as well. There is a delay of a few minutes and then the prompt pops up.
The master password should only be requested at the start of the session and when viewing or changing a stored password. Some settings must have been modified; however, this change is not not reflected in the FAQ or browser settings.

Same here. This issue seems to reoccur over the years based on some searching on this issue. Why Mozilla can't fix it, permanently, and not reintroduce it, is absurd. What's more absurd is that I've tried to report it to Mozilla but they make it impossible to actually get ahold of a real person.
