First of all, to remove the standard mode and custom mode of Enhanced Tracking Protection, strict mode must be turned on by default, and I have not found any exceptions for websites that turn on strict mode, so I can safely turn on strict mode by default.

Then send a "Do Not Track" signal to all websites

Then enable https-only mode in all windows
