Unable to delete empty IMAP folders in trash.
Steps to reproduce in Thunderbird:
1. Successfully deleted some empty folders inside the Archives folder.
2. After seeing those same folders in the trash after the deletion,
I selected "empty trash" using right click menu.
3. The folders disappeared temporarily from the trash and then reappeared.
4. When I looked at the same email account USING WEB MAIL I saw two
folders named "Trash." (Only ONE was visible in Thunderbird.)
5. One of the Trash folders had the empty folders I had tried to delete.
6. I WAS able to delete the empty folders inside the "extra" Trash folder using
web mail using the right-click menu <delete>.
7. I am STUCK with two Trash folders in WEB MAIL and cannot delete EITHER ONE.
(Thunderbird only shows one.)
