Since the Maj 115.12.1 , a little bugs appears, you received x mail from mailbox , you close thunderbird.
You re-open the soft , check if the new email and thunderbird show the x mail received previoulsy , 😞 and if a you're a new real mail incoming addition with the old !!!.
Bugs fixed with the version 128.0.1 esr(x64)
