It is far too easy to mis-click and end up having to restore the profile from backup. Refreshing the browser is a different category of action than troubleshooting and is more of an end option, so putting a refresh button right next to "open" doesn't seem appropriate. At the very least, a confirmation dialog would be suitable here.
