pkcs11 module & blacklist sites

Hi, I am starting the development of a pkcs11 module, and I would like to know if it would be possible to add a blacklist site configuration so I could allow/deny the use of the certificates stored in this module to the sites included in this blacklist. Do you think it could be achieved combining a extension with the pkcs11 module?
