Message list issue

OS : POPOS 22.04 LTS up to date. Thunderbird : 128.0esr 64 bits. Package : Mozilla Thunderbird Flatpak en-US thunderbird-flatpak - 1.0.

Hi,

Since the latest update (a few days ago), the message list is crippled (see screenshot). It seems that the available space for the card or whatever it is called is way too short. As a result the font is cut above and below. Switching the view type back and forth (table/card) does not solve the problem. Restarting the app doesn't either. Is it an issue already reported (haven't found any related post here)?

And wihle I'm at it, is there any way to modify the fonts used in the message list and more importantly, is there any incoming feature allowing that because right now the reading hierarchy is deeply impacted by the fonts sizes and styles and right now, the font size for mail title and date is way too small (i.e. 14" laptop FHD).

Thx

Eric

Take a look at

userChrome.css, by way of illustration

/* threads pane font */
table[is="tree-view-table"]{
font-family: Comic Sans MS !important;
font-size: 16px !important;
}

Thank you for your reply.

I will play with userChrome.css and see what is possible. It would be really useful to be able to perform such adjustments without having to deal with the file (especially for Windows and Mac users I guess).

For the issue, I'll post on bugzilla.

Thank you,

Eric
