I just switched from Arc to Zen browser and found the Zen browser can't simply download video as I used in Arc.
1. I "inspect" and "network" to open the loading mp4 link on a new tab
2. After I click "Save video as" it didn't show the pop up window as I did to other file types like pdf
I did put it on Zen discord and one ppl managed to download in setup of macOS and b5. I then updated my macos and try it on newly installed Firefox but the dialog box is still missing. I tried on chrome and it works perfectly well. So I think it might be a bug on Firefox in general on macos ARM chip
