It's pretty clear to me that the update on 5/15/24 had a major defect.
I was unable to get on the web nor was I able to use my Outlook email.
After spending a day trying numerous things (I'll leave the details out)
I was pleased when, first my email access returned,
and later my web access was restored.
As a former programmer, I understand that mistakes can be made.
The fact that Firefox fixed the problem within about 1 day is commendable.
