Firefox on Android no good with important ID app

I just want to inform you, that

1) I've been a very satisfied Firefox browser user on both Microsoft PC's and Android mobiles for many years!

2) Since the latest update of the "MitID" app in Denmark, which is essential for practically everyone, when I try to log into different homepages directly from my mobile phone, which requires that I identify myself with "MitID" - it just doesn't work, It sort of crashes! When I talk to the MitID support, they recommend that I use Google Chrome as standard browser on my phone - and that works! So that's what I'll do - until the day that you tell me that you've solved the problem and "MitID" works perfectly from the Firefox browser for Android again!

Hi Erik1,

In Firefox settings you have to allow a) open links in apps (Åben links i apps) and b) cookies. Then it should work. The latest problem I have had with Firefox was to set up the driving licence in Kørekort app. Again go through your settings and allow this app to do more than usual. You trust the danish authorities, right?
