Disable Ad Blockers Messages

I am constantly being asked to disable Ad Blockers in Firefox when I visit certain websites.  Seems to be mainly news sites.  I have NO ad blockers running.  I have NO plugins running.  I have NO add-ons running.  It doesn't do it in Microsoft Edge.  I'm running Kaspersky as my anti-virus software, but even if I disable it, I still keep being asked to turn off ad blockers.  How do I fix this?  It's annoying at best.
