Bug: AI chatbot Firefox is on by default

Making moves

Today I had the EXTREMELY unpleasant discovery that FF has enabled an AI-chatbot to the browser and enabled it by default.
I can only assume this to be a bug after the rather clear response during it's announcement that most people didn't want it at all, and IF you were to add it it should be optional.

I have at no point wanted to integrate an AI chatbot (burning massive amounts of energy for faulty answers) into the program that navigates the web. It provides no tangible benefits to the chosen task and has some very real costs associated with its use (energy waste, privacy and IP right violations). If people wish to use such a feature: that is their choice and they can enable this for themselves.
But automatically enabling features that compromise my privacy and security should NEVER be enabled by default.

So I very much hope this is a bug that will be fixed soon, for if this is intentional I may as well just use chrome. Then at least I made the choice to give up all my privacy instead of having you do it for me.
