Autofill not working for one single website - Gmail

So it's real bizarre.. anytime I start typing something in that is in my search history; it autofills what I'm trying to type. Bookmarked favorites like Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, etc all autofill - except for one, Gmail. What gives?

it's almost like as if my Firefox account is purposely excluding Gmail from autofilling. I say account, because I have both a Windows 11 device, and Linux Mint device; both of which are logged into the same Firefox account, both not autofilling Gmail.com

"Gmail" is in the page title, so you should get a suggestion in the history section of the address bar drop-down. But "Gmail" isn't in the address, so you may need to start typing ma to populate mail.google.com in the address bar itself.

Oh thank you, typing ma did indeed work! I could've swore I recall typing gmail in the past and it would come right up, to where I would type just the letter 'g' and first result would be gmail. But looking like ma works too!
