When opening a bookmark, it opens on the currently open tab, which can be confusing if it's an important tab. However, when opening a new empty tab, bookmarks start opening in a separate tab. Moving a folder to a new location causes it to immediately open, which can be disorienting. It would be helpful if these behaviors were addressed to improve the user experience.
