Add option in settings to disable pop-up asking for translation

Please add an option so that the user doesn't get asked every single time a window is open in a different language if they want it translate it, something like "Disable all translations".

With this latest update the appeal of Mozilla has gone down 50% in my book. I know what language the window I am opening is in and if I can read it or not. Thank you.

I wholeheartedly agree, and I cannot believe that they didn't think to make it an option in the first place...

This is one reason why my entire team loves Privacy Badger and AdBlock. You can also change your privacy options to block them all.
